Sales Squared Inc. was formed in response to several of our customers requests and requirements to have access to experienced, talented, and results focused sales and business development professionals, without having to invest the significant time, money, and effort required to build it on their own. Through our sister company Ideas2Revenue, we have helped a number of companies to repeatedly increase their sales and effectiveness by understanding and building long term relationships with their greatest resources…their current and potential customers. However, once we brought new customers to the table, and put in place the proper processes and procedures required to grow their business, our clients needed actual hands-on help to execute upon their strategic sales and partnership plans. We listened…and we have built a team of experienced sales and business development professionals who are deployed and providing measurable results for a number of select customers.
Unlike typical commission only sales resources, our focus is on ensuring a win-win partnership with each one of our customers. Without a level of commitment by all parties involved, it is hard to build the foundation for a long term business relationship together. Within each of our select clients, we have built repeatable successes through a fair shared risk/shared reward model. Our list of customers consists of many repeat customers due to the fact that we structure our compensation based upon the delivery of specific measurable results. The net result is that our customers receive the results that they desire, with a return on investment measure in weeks….rather than months or even years which is typically associated with the traditional approaches to building direct and channel sales teams.
